Please join us on October 20th at 7:00 to hear from one of Boston's local Fashion Designers, Cibeline Sarano. Cibeline will share her life as a Fashion Designer, Entrepreneur and Bostonian.
From Hong Kong to Los Angeles, Italy to New York, and now to Boston, Cibeline has trained and traveled around the world working with many fashion designers such as: Richard Tyler, Calvin Klein, Liz Claiborne, Emmanuel Ungaro, Lark Intl. Limited, Kasper for ASL, Due per Due, and Sigrid Olsen.
Landing in Boston in 2002, Cibeline opened her first namesake boutique in hip 'Davis Square' and recently relocated into the exclusive shopping district of Beacon Hill at 120 Charles Street in November 2008.
Her designs have been seen on: TLC's hit show '10years Younger', Suzy Bogguss, Grammy Award winning Country Music Artist at the Grand Ole Opry, Comedienne Lisa Lampanelli's 1 hour HBO Special January 2009 'Long Live the Queen', Grammy Awards 2008, multiple appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, & Comedy Central Special ‘Dirty Girl’ in 2007 as well as Comedy Central's Annual Roast Event of Flavor Flav 2007; Kathryn Brown at The Academy Awards, 2008; Swarovski Crystal Company commissioned Cibeline to design an original cocktail dress and featured her design in 105 Swarovski retail boutiques Nationwide for Holiday 2006 window display; 2006 Emmy nominee, Rhonda Britten, author & founder of the Fearless Living Institute & life coach for the Emmy Award winning television series NBC’s “Starting Over”; Andy Paige, celebrity stylist of NBC’s “Starting Over,” for the American Heart Association Fashion Week 2006 GO RED Gala and Daytime Emmys 2006; ESPN’s LIVE New Years Eve Bash at the Hard Rock Café for Ellie Vee, Lead Singer of the Boston-based premier rock band, The Charms 2005; NBC’s Today Show with Anne Curry featuring local Boston writer, Sandra Miller, for Glamour Magazine 2005.
